Our Story

Crosspath Landscape & Design Inc. was established in April 2024 by Tanner Steeves and Aaron Knaap, born from a shared vision to create a landscaping company that not only delivered quality work, but also stood firmly on a foundation of faith, honesty, and purpose. From the beginning, Crosspath was more than just a business—it was a calling to serve the community with integrity, to approach every project with care, and to honor God in both word and deed.

As the company began to grow, Kody Young was brought on board to assist with concrete finishing. What started as a specific role quickly evolved into a deeper commitment. Kody’s work ethic, skillset, and alignment with the company’s values made him an indispensable part of the team. He stuck with the company through its early stages, showing consistency, reliability, and a heart for the work.

In early 2025, Tanner Steeves made the decision to step away from his role in order to focus on his family and pursue other personal goals. His departure was marked with respect and gratitude for the leadership, faith, and passion he poured into the company’s foundation. While no longer active in day-to-day operations, Tanner remains a Founder Emeritus—a respected part of the company’s story.

Following this transition, Kody Young stepped up into a leadership role, continuing the mission and vision laid out by the founders. Under Kody’s guidance, Crosspath remains committed to the values it was built upon—delivering exceptional craftsmanship while keeping relationships, faith, and community at the heart of everything it does.
